Hollyhand Companies, Inc. is comprised of senior staff who have been involved with the housing industry for over 70 years combined. The executive staff has worked closely with for-profit businesses, syndicators, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and financial institutions to develop and manage numerous rental communities. The entire management staff continually attend seminars, subscribe to pertinent publications dealing with Rural Development, HUD, and Tax Credit regulations, and obtain certifications in all areas of the management process. All managers are kept up to date with changes to Fair Housing Laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act as well as Rural Development, HUD and Tax Credit policies.

General Management - Operational tasks including leasing, marketing, resident/applicant relations, and all other duties that are part of property management are handled properly and within company guidelines.

Physical Inspections - Inspections of the interior and exterior of all units are performed to allow our staff to monitor the physical condition of the property and promptly make any necessary improvements.

Compliance - Detailed records are maintained to enable the property to have an exceptional record with government monitoring agencies.

Quarterly Internal Audits - Members of our Senior Staff visit each property at least every quarter and conduct audits. These visits ensure constant adherence to organizational procedures.

Maintenance - All repairs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Scheduled preventative maintenance is also performed to reduce long-term or potentially severe problems.

Customized Reports to Owners - Various reports are submitted to owners in a concise and informative manner to allow owners to review the information in a comprehensive summary.
